New Place to Call Home
Finally able to blog after a couple weeks of settling in and Thanksgiving — and just in time to enjoy some Christmas cheer! So what better way to start my blog return with some before and after photos of the new home.
The home is located in South Kansas City near the Grandview Triangle and was built in 1945. It has a Kitchen, Front Room, Dining Room, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full concrete basement and a 1 car garage next to the basement on a 1 acre lot (DOGS LOVE IT) and tucked away at the end of a dead end street. We started on the main level since it would have taken longer to complete both floors…and I wanted to be in before it became to cold outside to move, and luckily we were able to move when it was 50+ degrees outside.
We are still a long way from being done…
but everyone knows that perfection takes time!
